Use of Services
You agree to use Hosxie services lawfully and responsibly. You may not host malware, phishing pages, spam tools, illegal content, copyright-infringing materials, or services that harm other customers or networks.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping your client area, email, CMS, FTP, SSH, and hosting credentials secure. Notify Hosxie immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payments and Renewals
Services must be paid for by the due date shown in the client area. Late or unpaid services may be suspended or terminated according to the billing notices and service status.
Domains
Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are subject to registry and registrar rules. You are responsible for providing accurate registration details and renewing domains before expiry.
Backups
Customers should maintain their own backups. Hosxie may provide backup tools or assistance, but backups are not a substitute for your own independent copies of important data.
Support
Support covers Hosxie services and reasonable hosting-related assistance. Custom development, third-party plugin repair, malware cleanup, and advanced configuration may require a separate quote.
Web Design Services
Design package scope, revisions, timelines, and deliverables are based on the selected package or written quote. Work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hosxie is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption caused by service use, downtime, third-party providers, or customer-side configuration issues.
Changes
Hosxie may update these terms when services, laws, or operational requirements change. Continued use of the services means you accept the updated terms.
